This goes out to all the BIG companies out there! Instead of giving M$ billions of dollars every year for their second rate software why not use FIRST RATE software that‘s FREE???

There are millions of developers that would be happy to be paid for their services and support! So why not stay in business by kicking M$ to the curb?

Open Source, it‘s not just an option, it‘s a requirement!

he‘s not doing well….I‘ve tried to help, he has no idea what else I can try to help him, no idea what else he can try to do. I think he‘s just not good in our environment PLUS doesn‘t have the knowledge he should — even if he gets better in the latter I don‘t see the former happening.

This economy sucks and I like this guy, but I may have to fire him. My manager is already appraised and he is worrying we may have to fire this guy too. :(
